Mindfulness for Stress an 8 week course 2022
Our first in-person course in 2 years! *
Saturday January 15, 29, February 12 at 1-5pm and February 26 at 10-5pm
Join Lilasuri and Lisa for the first in-person 8 week course in two years! They are both qualified Breathworks mindfulness teachers with over 25 years mindfulness experience between them. They will support you to boost your happiness and well-being, find new sources of resilience, joy, and calm in your life, and tools to to cope with stress, anxiety, fear and depression. Happiness is a skill and this skill, just like driving or dancing, can be learned, and it can stay with you for a lifetime.

Starting on Saturday 15th January. Meeting every other week in person in the beautiful building at Manchester Buddhist Centre, Northern Quarter, Manchester. We will make sure that the course is covid-19 safe and will comply with government guidelines.
*If covid-19 restrictions mean we are no longer able to meet in person, we will move the course online onto Zoom.
At the end of this 8 week course you will have a foundation in the skills of mindfulness, compassion and meditation and know how to apply them in your life in a way that will really makes a difference.

Is it suitable for me?
Mindfulness is suitable for people who are experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, chronic pain and feel they are coping ok with their mental health and just need more tools to increase well-being. Mindfulness is not suitable for people who are experiencing acute phases of mental ill health where a person might be struggling and in crisis. Mindfulness is not therapy and should not be seen as replacing medical treatments or talking therapy. If in doubt please contact Lisa or Lilasuri.
What does it cost?
£250 - for which you receive 19 hours of teaching on the 8 week course, The Little Mindfulness Workbook, which we will use as the text for the course, 18 audio recordings of body, breath and compassion based meditations, and a skill for life!
£160 - concession rate for people who's income is less than £17,000 per year.
