Choosing Love in Time of Conflict
Thursday 12th June 7-8pm
Online via Zoom- a link will be sent upon sign-up
You are invited to join a gathering of people who are affected by the conflict between Palestine and Israel and who feel helpless as to what to do. We have signed petitions for ceasefire, we have written to governments, politicians and we have donated money. Yet the grief is still here.
The teachings of the Buddha say "Not by hatred are hatreds ever pacified here (in this world). They are pacified by love. This is the eternal law."
Taking strength and inspiration from these words we will come together in collective grief and you will be guided through compassion focused meditation that will touch the heart of grief and spread love.
