Creating opportunities to share and experience ease, joy, and connection through Mindfulness, Compassion and Nature Connection

1:1 Mindfulness and Self-Compassion Coaching
Understand your Mind
Work with your Patterns
Create more Space, Clarity and Ease
For people navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, or life transitions. I support individuals through insight-based inner work to explore how stress, emotional reactivity, and habitual patterns of thinking are shaped in the mind. Through cultivating self-compassion, using mindfulness and practical, grounded approaches, people can transform their relationship with their mind into one that is healthier, kinder, and more supportive
If you can relate to one or more of these feelings, you would benefit from coaching:
-
Feeling constantly busy and never fully rested
-
Overthinking, worry, or a mind that won’t switch off
-
Feeling stuck in stress or “always on” mode
-
Burnout, overwhelm, or emotional exhaustion
-
Difficulty switching off from work
-
Wanting space to pause, reflect, and reset

Why people get stuck
Many of us struggle because of how we relate to our thoughts, emotions, and internal patterns. We go from one day to the next believing our thoughts, feeling overwhelmed by emotions, snapping at loved ones and get stressed out at the slightest thing. We think this is ‘our lot’ and we must dig deep and get on with it.
It can seem like this is just how life is. However, change is possible. This work isn’t about fixing you. It is about understanding how your mind works, so you can respond with more awareness, steadiness, and compassion.
Not just coping, but creating a different, healthier relationship with your mind.
Most people live on Autopilot, asleep at the wheel of life.
Take a look at the example as illustrated in the graphic, does this look familiar, can you relate? This example can be applied to other relationships, work and health. It is important to remember- you are not alone- everyone experiences stress triggers. What is important to know is that you have CHOICE.

Are you content to live your life asleep at the wheel or do you want to wake up to your One Wild Life?

Trauma-informed mindfulness, awareness of nervous system regulation, drawing on the work of Dr Bessel van der Kolk and Dr David Treleaven.

Greater emotional resilience, with the capacity to meet and work with difficult emotions

Words from Coaching Clients:
“Receiving mindfulness coaching has been life changing. After work stress and losing my best friend and my father, I was struggling with trauma, anxiety and stress. Coaching helped me take responsibility and care for myself without guilt. I feel like a different person, this journey is having a positive impact not just on myself but also for my family, friends and colleagues” Roger, Managing Director
“The mindfulness for stress sessions have been life-changing, giving me practical tools for a calmer, happier life. I had been struggling to sit with my thoughts, and Lilasuri was so welcoming and gentle and tailored the course to my needs. It’s been a wonderful springboard into mindfulness and I’m excited to continue my practice.”
Niamh, Doctor
“I met Lilasuri at one of her events and instantly felt a connection. Work stress had left me feeling lost and insecure and I needed to find myself again. The coaching sessions were incredible and tailored to my needs. Meditation was hard at first but I am now happier, more content, and stress no longer consumes me.”
Sally, Public Sector Administrator
“I told my doctor I’d started mindfulness and he gave me a thumbs up. I’d been struggling with insomnia and a racing mind, but within weeks I was sleeping through the night. My relationships have softened too. I now chat to people when walking the dog. Mindfulness brings me real joy. I feel like I’m in the film now, not just watching it.”
