“Lilasuri delivers insightful and enjoyable workshops that make mindfulness accessible. We invited her to work with our team and external clients, and the session was extremely well received. Do you recognise some of these challenges?
-
Staff feel overwhelmed, stretched, and emotionally drained
-
Stress and burnout are becoming normalised
-
Teams struggle to stay focused under constant pressure and change
-
Communication becomes reactive rather than thoughtful
-
Leaders feel responsible for wellbeing but don’t know what works
-
High emotional load roles (care, education, health, charity, public sector) need trauma-informed support
-
You want a healthier workplace culture, but don’t know where to start
Having worked for over 20 years in the public and charity sector in Greater Manchester, often in high-pressure roles such as Director of a national charity, I experienced first-hand the impact stress was having on my own and my colleagues’ mental health.
After completing Mindfulness Teacher Training, I noticed I had far more control over my thoughts, feelings, and emotions. This inspired me to commit to Advanced Training, and I made the decision to leave my career and set up my business.

Mindfulness and Wellbeing talk
Client: BBC Breakfast, Salford Quays
I was delighted to be invited as a guest panellist for a wellbeing event for BBC Breakfast staff, speaking about mindfulness in fast-paced, high-pressure workplaces. I shared practical, realistic ways to build small mindfulness habits to support focus, resilience, and emotional balance.
