During the pandemic many of us have been spending more time outdoors. So how can we continue to experience nature in a way that boosts our wellbeing?
These sessions are aimed at adults and will be hosted on Zoom. In the sessions you will meet other like minded people, learn how to be more mindful when out in nature, find out how walking can help to reduce anxiety and stress.
Everyone who takes part will be encouraged to go walking between the sessions so we can share our experiences together. The sessions…
