Join us on an 8 week journey into Mindfulness
With our busy schedules and hectic lives mindfulness has never been more relevant or sought after.
We will be exploring how mindfulness can help us deal with stress by identifying what makes us stressed, what triggers anxiety, how the brain works in reinforcing our negative thinking patterns. Through this deeper understanding of ourselves we can begin to recognise when we are getting too stressed and what we can do about it. We will be learning meditation and mindfulness techniques that you can use everyday.
You will receive a copy of the course book 'The little Mindfulness Workbook' by Gary Hennessey who is one of the UK’s leading practitioners, he condenses his 35 years of experience into this practical guide to everyday mindfulness techniques.
