About The Event
An opportunity to explore how making contact with nature can help you to slow down, bring attention to what is happening in your experience, feel a sense of calm and an appreciation and joy of the natural world around you.
Participants will be invited to take part in a series of gentle experiences that will focus on the five senses to help promote mindfulness through a connection with nature.
Duration: 2 hours 15 mins
Meet: Meet at Hollingworth Lake Country Park
Suitable for: adults who are interested in developing more of a connection with themselves and with nature and who would like to have calm and fulfilment in their everyday experiences. Whether you are a complete beginner or a practiced mindfulness practitioner you will find something of interest and of benefit within the session if you come with an open mind and a willingness to participate
