About The Event
Mindfulness and Nature Connection walks in partnership with GM Ringway
Sale Water Park taking in Chorlton Ees.
We will walk at a leisurely pace covering no more than 1.5 miles, taking in and enjoying the sights, sounds, smells and touch of nature. We will do this through walking, meditation and nature connection activities which will promote more stillness, joy and peace. No prior experience needed.
