Very excited to announce the first in-person mindfulness event since lock-down! Join a small group of people as we welcome in the day through meditation located at the beautiful Platt Fields Market Garden. We will be sitting outside and meditating amongst nature. Stools and blankets will be provided. We will seek shelter if the weather turns very wet, bring a waterproof/ umbrella just in case. No experience needed.

Platt Fields Market Garden was founded by Manchester Urban Diggers. They establish, develop, maintain and renovate community gardens around Greater Manchester and help community groups, businesses and public services develop ways of growing food in an urban environment. Precautions in relation to covid-19.

- Tickets will be limited to 5 (plus me equals 6 in the group) to comply with the recent Gov.uk guidlines as of 15th June 2020. 'You will still be able to meet outdoors with groups of up to six people from different households, provided social distancing is observed and you stay 2 metres away from anyone outside your household or support bubble'.

 - We will ensure that the 2m distance rule is observed and ask that you take repsonsibility for yourself and others and observe this rule too. 

- A face covering is advised, and please ensure you wash your hands upon arrival. Soap and water will be provided.

- If you or anyone in your household/ support bubble is showing signs of covid-19 then please do not attend the event. Seek assistance and refer to Gov.uk guidelines https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/covid-19-stay-at-home-guidance

The session is being led by Claire Morris an experienced and qualified Mindfulness and Nature Connection Teacher with over 10 years personal mindfulness experience and over a decade working in the environmental sector.
