As we continue to experience the tail end of Winter with snow, ice cold rain and chilly days, most people can't help counting down to the beginning of spring. It seems like warmer days can't come soon enough! Join us in marking the Vernal Equinox, the start of Spring. Yippee!

*Meet at Bowler St entrance to the park 10 mins before the session starts*

6.00-7.00pm (session ends just after twilight so please bring a torch)
Adults only please, no prior meditation experience needed.

Spring is a season associated with change, cleansing, and new beginnings. We can see this in the use of the word "spring clean", the birth of cute baby animals, and the bright flowers peaking out of the ground. These ideas didn't come out of nowhere, they were inspired by ancient times, as celebrating the sun's journey has always been an integral part of life. We will be reflecting on change and new beginnings whilst being led in meditation. We will do this whilst bringing ourselves closer to the nature around us and to the Earth, embracing change for the coming Spring together.
Please wear warm clothes and if needed bring waterproofs as we will be meditating even if it is raining. And bring a TORCH! :))
