Join us in marking the Spring Equinox with meditation and reflection in the woods. We will be paying attention to the nature around us by engaging our senses to the sights, sounds and smells and meditating throughout the session.
Mindfulness can help us to feel calm by being more in touch with the present moment experience. It takes us out of our busy heads and into our body.
No prior mindfulness experience needed. Please dress appropriately for the weather and your own comfort. We will be meditating in all conditions unless it is very stormy!
