Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year and time to embrace the light and be with nature in all its abundance. What better way to start the celebration than being guided in meditation alongside like-minded people. As it is the longest day there is plenty of time to be creative and continue the celebration well into the evening. There will be an invitation during the session to share what your intention is for the rest of the day. Dont worry if you arent sure, Claire will share her inspiration from mindfulness in nature, ritual, nature based activities and folklore and traditions. So you will leave the session not only feeling connected to yourself, others and nature, you will have lots of ideas to take away with you.
No experience of meditation needed, Claire will lead you through all the practices. All you need is:
- Access to Zoom via laptop/PC or tablet/iPad/ phone (you will need to download the Zoom app if using the latter)
- Somewhere comfortable to sit in meditation- cushions, chair, sofa, mat if you wish to lie down.
- Pen and paper to write down ideas
