Autumn is a time of great change as vibrant greenery bursts into flaming colour. During this 3 hour workshop we will be exploring transformation at a deep spiritual level via the medium of Shamanism, Mindfulness and Body Work.   

I'll be joined by Rozzie Joyce Shamanic Practitioner to offer this unique, collaborative experience.  We'll be calling upon the deep, soulful energy of the Violet Flame and the healing power of the Shamanic Drum. By connecting with sunlight energy and shimmering, golden dragons we will transmute internal darkness into light, enabling us to flow into winter with an authentic glow.
